When recruited into <Blessing>, a new member will be placed on the guild status of Initiate for apporximently three weeks. During this phase of membership, we will monitor the recruit's progress as we assist them in learning important aspects of top end raiding. During this period, full members will be given priority over trial memebers for loot. Trial members will still earn DKP. All members are expected to maintain 80% raid attendance. Our current raid schedule is Sunday through Thursday, from 7:30pm through 12:00am EST. Raid times may vary when necessary. After the three week period, the guild officers will discuss your performance and graduate the trial member to full membership if they feel the member is suitable for the guild.
